Hi everybody. My father has SA 9500 II amp and hpm 100 speakers. However we lost speakers while we were moving. Which speaker do you recomend us to use? Second hand or unused? Which one is better? After he had been heart attack, I started to research this thing. He is music addict.
I ran a pair of Infinity Qb speakers with my 9500 II. As those had an impedance of 4 ohms, the Pioneer would produce 100 watts per channel. With a Dual 604 turntable and a Shure V15 Type III cartridge mounted, it made for a superb vinyl playback system - the drop on Genesis' "Fly on a Windshield" was absolutely spectacular. Unfortunately, I lost it all in a hurricane, but prior to that everything had performed flawlessly for 23 years.
